The Institute does not manufacture, prescribe, supply, sell or distribute medicinal cannabis or any other therapeutic product, and has no commercial interest in the sale of such products.

Certain courses, materials and membership benefits are intended for healthcare professionals, researchers or other qualified audiences. Where eligibility criteria apply, you agree that the information you provide about your profession and qualifications is accurate and current.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts, course access and member materials are personal to you and must not be shared, resold or used by anyone else.

Course fees, membership fees, inclusions and any applicable taxes are stated at the point of enrolment. Payment is required before access is granted unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Refund requests should be made in writing before substantial course content has been accessed; we deal with them reasonably and in line with the consumer law that applies to you.
• Membership renews only as described at the point of purchase, and you may cancel future renewals at any time.
• We may reschedule or substitute faculty, sessions or delivery format where necessary; if a course is cancelled outright by us, you may choose a transfer or a refund.

All course content, written materials, recordings, images, branding and the design of this website are owned by the Institute or its faculty and licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use materials for your own professional learning. You may not copy, record, republish, distribute, translate, sell or use them to train any automated or machine-learning system, or present them as part of another course or service, without our prior written permission.

• Do not use the website or member forums unlawfully, or to harass, defame or mislead others.
• Do not post patient-identifiable information; de-identify all clinical examples.
• Do not promote or advertise products or services without our written consent.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the website or learning platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

Where a course is described as eligible for continuing professional development or accreditation, that status applies only to the accrediting body and period stated for that course. It is your responsibility to confirm that a given activity meets the requirements of your own regulator or college.

The website links to external research, regulators, journals and news sources. Those sites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.

We aim to keep the website and learning platform available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may amend, suspend or withdraw content or features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute, its faculty, staff and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on educational content, from clinical or business decisions taken by you or others, or from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
