All content published by the Institute — website pages, courses, modules, recordings, slides, regulatory landscape reviews, news summaries and resources — is provided for professional education and general information only.

The Institute does not manufacture, prescribe, supply, sell or distribute medicinal cannabis or any other therapeutic product, and has no commercial interest in the sale of such products.

Courses, modules and materials are intended for healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, policymakers and other stated audiences. Where eligibility criteria apply, you agree that information provided about your profession and qualifications is accurate and current.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Accounts, course and module access and educational materials are personal to you and must not be shared or resold.

Displaying a course or module does not oblige the Institute to accept an enrolment. An enrolment is accepted when the Institute confirms it in writing and payment has been received. You must check that the course or module, price and learner details are correct before paying.

Only education labelled “Available now” may be purchased. “Coming soon”, “In development” and “Register interest” do not constitute offers for immediate enrolment, and joining an interest list does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee a release date.

The Foundations Course in Cannabinoid Therapy is priced at USD $500. An individual completed module is priced at USD $100. Prices are one-time payments unless the relevant purchase page expressly states otherwise. A multi-module course price applies only to the course identified and does not include separately listed modules.

All prices are stated in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, duties or charges, if any, will be identified before payment where the Institute is required to collect them. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction charges; those charges are outside the Institute’s control.

Payment must be made using an offered payment method and confirmed before access begins. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back without a valid legal basis, access may be withheld or suspended while the matter is resolved.

You may request cancellation and a refund before access to the purchased course or module begins. Access begins when the Institute activates the educational material for your learner account or otherwise provides the means to access it.

After access begins, fees are not refundable for change of mind, failure to complete, scheduling difficulties or failure to meet the stated technical requirements. This does not affect any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

If the Institute cancels purchased education before access begins, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for that education. If a serious technical problem within the Institute’s control prevents access, contact us promptly so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Refund requests must be sent to admin@ictherapy.online with the learner’s name, purchase details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where practicable. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.

Access begins after confirmed payment and activation by the Institute. Unless the purchase page expressly states otherwise, access continues for 12 months from the activation date. Access expires at the end of that period even if the learner has not completed the education.

Learners need a current web browser, reliable internet connection, a valid email address and the ability to play streamed video and complete online quizzes. Learners are responsible for compatible devices, connectivity and any associated costs.

Planned maintenance, circumstances outside the Institute’s reasonable control or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability. A temporary interruption does not automatically extend the access period, but the Institute may provide an extension where an interruption is substantial.

Course and module descriptions identify content and educators in good faith. The Institute may make reasonable academic updates or substitute an educator where necessary while preserving the educational purpose. Unfinished modules are not presented as immediately available for purchase.

If purchased content is postponed, materially changed or withdrawn, the Institute will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement content, extended access, transfer or refund, having regard to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

To receive a certificate, a learner must satisfy the completion requirements stated for the relevant course or module. These may include viewing required material and completing quizzes or other learning activities. The learner is responsible for ensuring their account name is accurate before a certificate is issued.

A certificate of completion records completion of the educational activity. It is not a professional qualification, licence, specialist credential or accreditation unless expressly stated otherwise. It does not confer authority to prescribe, treat patients or practise outside the learner’s existing professional scope.

The Institute does not represent that a course or module attracts CPD or CME credit, or is accredited or formally recognised, unless this is expressly stated on the relevant purchase page with current supporting information.

All course and module content, written materials, recordings, images, branding and the design of this website are owned by the Institute or its faculty and licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use materials for your own professional learning. You may not copy, record, republish, distribute, translate, sell or use them to train any automated or machine-learning system, or present them as part of another course or service, without our prior written permission.

• Do not use the website or learning environment unlawfully, or to harass, defame or mislead others.
• Do not post patient-identifiable information; de-identify all clinical examples.
• Do not promote or advertise products or services without our written consent.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the website or learning platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

The website links to external research, regulators, journals and news sources. Those sites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.

We aim to keep the website and learning platform available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may amend, suspend or withdraw content or features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute, its faculty, staff and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on educational content, from clinical or business decisions taken by you or others, or from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Learners remain responsible for deciding whether education is relevant to their role and for complying with professional standards, scope-of-practice requirements and local law.
